The cost is $175 per person (minimum 2) + tax with a $75 deposit to hold your spot.
(If you gather together a group of 8 or more croppers you may attend for 1/2 price!) At the time of your reservation I will select which unit will best accommodate your Koinania Country Croppin' Retreat based upon the number of attendees.

At each retreat you get.......

• 3 days and 2 nights lodging  (Each bedroom accommodates 1 or 2 croppers, bunk bed rooms will sleep 3.) Begin a tour of the Cottage, Cabin and Ranch House here.
  
  
• Delicious meals served (4 meals, 2 late night desserts and drinks of coffee, ice tea or lemonade (Bring your own soft or hard drinks).  Saturday lunch - bring your your own snacks.
  

  Typical menu may include: Fri-  Supper:  Delicious homemade crockpot Soups or Stew, raw veggies/dip, plus dessert and drink. Sat- Breakfast:  Home Baked coffee cake or muffins, yogurt, bagels & cream cheese, cereal & milk, fruit, toast & juice and coffee OR Biscuits and Gravy with sausage. Supper: Mexican Casserole, Burgers or Pasta dish, with bread and hot veggie, dessert and drink. Sun-Brunch: Cinnamon French Toast with our own homemade Maple Syrup, Bacon and sausage, Fruit, coffee and juice.

Self Catered Retreats -  This is something new we are offering.  You may rent one of our units fully set up for cropping, bring your own food and share in the cooking using the fully equipped kitchens. With this option you can attend a retreat for less money!  For example if up to 10 ladies attend in the Ranch House at the price of $1000 the cost per person is only $100 each.  You may choose the Cottage for $800 and accommodate up to 8 croppers.  The Cabin or East Wing can be set up for 2-4 croppers. At the self catered price it is only $300.  When you reserve, I will help you decide which unit is best for your group's needs as each retreat is customized just for you.
